WebWe currently deliver English lessons in three city locations in Portsmouth and English is the most popular activity within our Refugee Sanctuary Hub. Our dedicated teachers run two classes, a beginner and an intermediate, which run at the same time. English lessons are free and all migrants are welcome. Mondays 1000-1200 WebPCoS is part of the national non-political/religious City of Sanctuary movement, has full Portsmouth City Council endorsement and the support of around 120 local organisations. The Refugee Sanctuary Hub meets at St Lukes Church, Greetham Street, Southsea PO5 4LH every Monday 10.30am - 12.30pm.
