WebI tried Filerun. Looks like a finished product, no extra bloat. Fast. Just works on Raspberry Pi via Docker. The only downside I encountered is that there are no dedicated apps for it and they use NextCloud mobile apps (EDIT: with webdav support not the major issue, FolderSync and Solid Explorer are doing amazing job!).
