WebSep 11, 2024 · I've been at Bray and Scarff for almost 4 months now. It's been amazing. I learn something new everyday and everyone is so welcoming. I feel seen and heard. There's a lot of room for growth and improvement (no lateral moves like you would see at larger companies), you have to work for it though.
